Position Summary
The Marketing Development Specialist is responsible for enabling Laboratory Product Group (LPG) business growth through marketing operations, data intelligence, and performance analytics. This role drives marketing effectiveness by managing marketing systems, campaign performance, business insights, and process optimization to support pipeline generation and data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
- Own LPG marketing operations, governance, and performance reporting.
- Lead marketing data intelligence initiatives, including CDP management and data quality improvement.
- Support Salesforce (SFDC) campaign execution, lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Manage marketing technology platforms, including AEO/GEO, social media, and third-party media channels.
- Manage marketing budget tracking, KPI dashboards, and business analytics to provide actionable insights.
- Drive marketing process optimization, campaign measurement, and operational excellence to improve marketing efficiency and pipeline performance.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams to support business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, digital marketing, or CRM management.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), marketing automation, reporting tools, and marketing data management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
