Position Summary: (1-2 sentences)
遵守工厂管理规定，按照标准完成生产任务，积极参与PPI改善，提高作业标准和生产效率
Key Responsibilities: (Bullets)
- 遵守公司规章制度，服从领导分配
- 严格按照图纸工艺或操作规程进行生产,具备1~2个关键工序的装配和测试技能
- 能保证质量完成主管每天安排的生产任务，具有一定的Troubleshooting能力
- 按照标准完成负责区域的”5S"管理
- 团队合作，可以根据业务需求，适时配合加班
- 积极参与PPI改善（建议卡和JDI），推动作业标准和效率改善
- 严格遵守公司EHS的程序和规定，包含环境，健康和安全（EHS）
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: (Bullets)
- 中专或以上学历
- 机电专业者更佳
- 2年以上工厂工作经历，仪器行业从业经验优先
- 具有较强的安全和质量改善意识，具备接受和学习新技能的意愿和能力
为人诚恳、勤奋、有时间观念。
