We’re looking for a Business Affairs Lead to join our team, supporting teams across the US, LatAm and the EU. This role will lead negotiations with record labels and artist management in support of our original content video productions and exclusive artist merchandising offerings. The Business Affairs Lead will work cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Finance, Production and Business Development, to define and revise deal terms as needed throughout the negotiation process.
The Business Affairs Specialist will have work experience in a content acquisition, business development, or related role in the music industry. Extensive knowledge of sound recording rights, sync rights and/or music publishing licensing are strongly preferred.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead licensing negotiations to secure applicable rights from record labels and artists, and expand existing agreements as needed

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
