  • You will develop dashboards and recurring reports that provide leadership with visibility into tool performance, utilization trends, adoption gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • You will work with functional supply chain owners and business leaders to understand user needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities to improve tools, training materials, and support processes.
  • You will promote continued engagement after initial training through refresher sessions, user communities, office hours, communications, and other ongoing enablement activities.
  • You will coordinate application release communications and training activities so users understand new features, enhancements, process changes, and expected benefits.
  • You will define and promote consistent standards and best practices for tool installation, training, adoption measurement, user engagement, and ongoing support across the BioProduction Group.
