We’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our team of cell biologists in Vilnius R&D and work with international project teams to develop innovative products for cell therapy customers. We’re looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and collaborative Scientist with a positive and proactive mindset, and energy for taking on new challenges. You’ll join our team and contribute to the development of solutions that help advance cell therapy. .
Key responsibilities:
- Work in the field of cell biology / immunology; developing tools and methods for use in product functionality / quality analysis.
- Design research experiments together with the project team, perform the experiments independently.
- Document results of the studies in comprehensive reports and present them to peers and stakeholders.
- Validate immunoassays and bioassays in accordance with ICH guidelines.
Requrements:
- University degree (MSc) in cell, molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry or other life science related discipline
- Desired technical skills:
- Mammalian cell culture
- Flow cytometry, microscopy,
- Protein analysis (ELISA, WB and other immunoassays).
- DNA/RNA analysis by qPCR
- Beads/microspheres-based cell isolation and activation.
- General knowledge in statistical methods.
- Highly motivated to work in high pace environment, committed to complete all tasks on time.
- Possess strong team skills in a collaborative and transparent working environment
- Respect, understand, and value individual differences.
Salary
€2 183–€3 270gross/month
The final offer will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and competencies.
