A Day in the Life:

  • Pick, pack, and ship customer distribution orders.

  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Enter and process transactions in warehouse/distribution computer systems.

  • Process orders according to priority and required delivery dates.

  • Verify appropriate storage conditions and monitor shipment temperatures.

  • Load courier trucks using pallet jacks.

  • Maintain accurate inventory and ensure products are stored safely.

  • Perform daily 5S and help identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

  • Maintain the warehouse in a safe, secure, clean, and organized condition.

  • Screen shipments for unauthorized devices in accordance with TSA required

Keys to Success:

Education

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • No previous distribution experience is necessarily required for some versions of the position.

  • 1+ year of warehouse, distribution, supply-chain, or related experience preferred

  • Previous pharmaceutical or clinical logistics experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to pass a TSA background check.

  • Ability to work with required PPE and follow GMP/safety requirements.

  • Forklift or powered industrial truck experience.

  • Pallet-jack experience.

  • Familiarity with GMP environments and SOPs.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to lift approximately 40–75 pounds, depending on the specific posting.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and handle inventory for extended periods.

  • Ability to work with required PPE and follow GMP/safety requirements.
