Role
Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in receiving and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment within the cleanroom production area.
The goal is to achieve the highest productivity at lowest costs.
Responsibilities include:
On time and complete unpacking, quality checking and distributing of orders
Accuracy and effective material/runner utilization;
Transfers materials, with use of a handheld scanner, material to appropriate destinations as production departments or warehouse to verify system and location accuracy where risk of loss or damage is minimalized;
Operates material handling equipment independently as well within a team environment
Distributes and cleans (transport) tooling for production departments;
Ensure all materials are properly inspected and identified;
Monitors KanBan and inventory levels on the manufacturing floor to ensure the continuous flow of parts to production;
Pick Cleanroom KanBan reverse work orders;
Standardizes way of working;
Uses 5S to keep a clean work environment, signal on issues;

Cooperation with internal customers;
Position Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following;
Basic education required or a combination of education, training and experience that demonstrate the required skills
Dutch and English is mandatory to complete required documentation and to understand required procedures - Basic oral, reading and writing.
Required technical knowledge:
Warehouse and Cleanroom Logistics processes;
Basic technical and mechanical ability to understand equipment
Cleanliness and cleanroom working;
Required knowledge of software packages and planning systems used to do the job successfully:
QAD, Serena Business Manager, Final test and Teamcenter
Ability to work well with others to accomplish objectives;
Team player
