We're looking for a motivated Manufacturing Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility by coordinating quality systems, tracking operational performance, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working in a highly regulated environment where quality and patient outcomes are at the heart of everything we do.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Manufacturing Associate, you'll provide operational support across the manufacturing team by:

  • Supporting Operational Document Owners with updating SOPs and controlled documents within the electronic Document Management System (eDMS).
  • Maintaining KPI trackers and preparing operational metrics to support business performance.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new equipment and site improvement projects.
  • Supporting Practical Process Improvement (PPI) initiatives through action tracking and documentation updates.
  • Assisting with preparation for internal, customer and regulatory audits to ensure inspection readiness.
  • Working closely with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse and Manufacturing teams to gather information and progress operational activities.
  • Providing general operational support to help ensure continuity across the manufacturing team.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams.

You'll ideally have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Science, Biotechnology, Engineering or another related discipline, or equivalent experience within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment (biologics experience is advantageous).
  • A sound understanding of cGMP principles and quality systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams).
  • Exposure to systems such as TrackWise, SAP, eDMS, SFLMS or similar electronic quality systems (desirable).

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality and compliance.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative approach and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn.

Why Join Us?

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Gain valuable experience within a leading biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals across Operations, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain.
  • Contribute to products that improve the lives of patients around the world.
  • Expand your knowledge of GMP manufacturing, quality systems and operational excellence.
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values safety, quality and continuous improvement.
