2:30 pm to 11:00 pm / 10% shift differential

A day in the Life:
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical systems
• Provide technical assistance and mentor junior mechanics
• Participate in Lean events to improve maintenance techniques

REQUIREMENTS:
Education
• High school diploma or GED Required
Experience
• 3+ years in a mechanical role
• Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
• Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read complex schematics and engineering drawings

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $28.16–$42.25.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
