Environmental Conditions

Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Location/Division Specific Information:

  • Marsiling, Singapore


Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and testing of the product to ensure that all required specifications are met.   

  • Work with Supervisor and Engineers to ensure that quality, waste, and efficiency are meeting the requirements.

  • Troubleshoot faulty products or parts to ensure that all required specifications are met.

  • Execute improvement activities on quality and work process efficiency.

  • Maintain ISO9001, MDSAP, ISO14001, ISO13485, QSR21CFR Part 820 and ISO45001 documentations to ensure conformity. Maintain and upkeep the housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace.

  • Train Technicians/ Associate Technicians, Manufacturing on product assembly and testing.


Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.


Experience:

  • Required: Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field

  • Preferred: Experience in a cGMP environment

  • Preferred: Experience in Mass Spectrometry


Competencies preferred:

  • Equipment troubleshooting skills   

  • Understand ISO requirements

  • Coaching skills for On-the-Job Training


Physical Requirements / Work Environment:

  • Manufacturing production line - Fully onsite

  • Physically fit to lift objects up to 10kg when required
