RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support cross-functional teams in managing contract proposals, tender submissions, and budget processes with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Coordinate sales activities, from initial opportunity identification through contract execution.

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent delivery against deadlines.

  • Create positive impact by optimizing processes, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, no prior experience required

  • Preferred Fields of Study: Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

  • Additional professional certifications or training in relevant areas preferred

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders

  • Proven ability to manage multiple quotations simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

  • Strong organizational capabilities with focus on meeting deadlines

  • Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to accuracy and quality control

  • Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment

  • Knowledge of commercial sales operations, revenue recognition, and contract management principles

  • Experience with tender/RFP processes and documentation preferred

  • Professional fluency in English required; additional language skills valued

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and process improvement mindset

  • Strong customer service orientation with focus on building collaborative relationships

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
