DESCRIPTION:
We seek a Pricing Agreement Representative II to accurately load and verify customer rebate contracts. In this position, you will work with a team of four to ensure rebate contracts are loaded within a 24–48-hour time frame of receiving them from the supplier. You will also work independently to load rebate contracts while communicating contract issues and trends to the Team Lead and Rebate Manager. This role is vital to ensuring a positive customer experience as errors directly affect customer pricing and our selling margins, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our business operations while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an office setting
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Knowledge of Access and Cognos preferred
• A basic understanding of rebate and pricing terms is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to conduct root cause analysis
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Capability to learn and master new software systems
• Proven ability to work independently while maintaining team relationships
• Must be able to work in a combined onsite and remote capacity
