Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly and testing of products to ensure compliance with required specifications and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Supervisors, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet targets for product quality, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to faulty products, components, or equipment to ensure specifications are met.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, MDSAP, ISO 14001, QSR 21 CFR Part 820, and ISO 45001.
  • Ensure proper documentation practices, housekeeping, and adherence to workplace safety standards.


Education:

  • High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, production, lab setting or related field
  • Experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment will be most advantageous


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Basic equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of ISO quality standards and compliance requirements
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills - Attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety


Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Work is performed in a production, laboratory, or cleanroom environment, which may require adherence to gowning procedures and safety protocols.
