As part of our expert team, you’ll have the opportunity to ensure operational excellence that makes a real difference in organizational performance. As a Manager Strategic Feasibility, you will manage a team of employees within the department and oversee collaboration with internal departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality feasibility assessments. You will oversee assigned projects and deliverables, providing workload management and resource assignments to meet contractual obligations.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversees the setup and conduct for allocated feasibility studies according to timeline and quality standards and client expectations.
• Leads internal planning meetings and contribute to client KOM and interim
• teleconferences.
• Collaborates on the development of initial site list development (initial site
• prioritization).
• Ensures accuracy and quality of survey driven data, including review and QC of departmental deliverables at all stages of the feasibility conduct.
• Oversees and analyzes project status to ensure successful completion of
• milestones, timelines and deliverables.
• Liaises with the global, cross-functional team, inclusive of legal, biostatistics, CM and PM.
• Works with team to identify potential risks and out of scope activity; discusses contingency plans with strategist and/or PM.
• Manages project budget hours for the team.
• Ensures team is entering and updating internal tracking tools.
• Develops best practices for feasibility conduct.
• Develops and delivers training of feasibility requirements/processes.
• Allocates staff to projects and manage workload assignments and priorities.
• Conducts regular performance appraisals and career discussions with staff.
• Effectively recruits, inducts and retains staff.
• Contributes to the development, testing and maintenance of the feasibility
• system.
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).
• 1+ year of leadership responsibility
In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

• Strong management skills as shown through management of multiple projects and staff, with cross-functional and client interaction

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and directives
• Good understanding of budgeting and forecasting, and managing to contractual expectations
• Strong computer skills
Working Conditions and Environment:
• Work is performed in an office and/or a clinical environment with exposure to electrical office
• equipment.
• Exposure to biological fluids with potential exposure to infectious organisms.
• Occasional drives to site locations, frequent domestic travel and rare international travel.
• Long, varied hours frequently required
• Travel required on rare occasions
