  • Administer the DAM platform by managing user accounts, permissions, troubleshooting, training, and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain and evolve the Global Taxonomy Framework and metadata standards, monitor taxonomy compliance, perform gap analyses, and partner with stakeholders to improve metadata quality and asset discoverability.
  • Partner with the Sr. Content Architect, Creative Innovation Studio, Content Operations, Marketing, and technical teams to support content production workflows, asset migrations, onboarding of new teams, and continuous process improvement.
  • Analyze DAM usage, metadata health, asset lifecycle metrics, and platform adoption, providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), governance documentation, training materials, and user resources to support enterprise adoption of the DAM platform.
  • Stay current on digital asset management best practices and emerging platform capabilities to continuously improve content operations and asset governance.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Library Science, Information Management, Digital Asset Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Digital Asset Library Administration, Creative Operations, or Content Operations.
  • Hands-on experience administering Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets is required.
  • Experience with metadata management, taxonomy, cataloging, asset migration, bulk uploads, and digital asset governance.
  • Experience supporting creative production workflows, asset archiving, publishing, and enterprise content distribution.
  • Experience with Workfront, OpenText, Seismic, and Adobe Dynamic Media is required.
  • Experience implementing DAM best practices, governance models, and enterprise metadata standards.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong knowledge of Digital Asset Management principles, metadata standards, taxonomy management, records management, and asset lifecycle governance.
  • Understanding of creative asset workflows and enterprise content distribution.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and asset reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to support users across global teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience documenting processes, developing SOPs, and delivering user training.
