We are looking for a Software Development Engineer who can build on our early success, pioneer new programs for customers, and help define our future. As a member of the Publisher Ad Server team, you will spend your time as a hands-on engineer directly impacting ad delivery, customer experience and revenue. You will play a key role in building software products and features from the ground up to experiment and enable different ad strategies. You will use a wide range of technologies, programming languages and systems. Your responsibilities will include all aspects of software development. About the team
Publisher Ad Server - Infrastructure and Developer Experience team is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and scalability of the Publisher Ad Server ecosystem. We own the end-to-end management of Ad Server infra, experimentation and developer experience while maintaining optimal service performance metrics including throughput and latency. The team manages critical infrastructure components across AWS services (EC2, ECS, ALB/NLB, ASGs) and monitors key operational metrics including CPU utilization, memory consumption, and cache efficiency. We ensure seamless scaling for high-traffic events and live games while maintaining robust connectivity with dependent Ads services. Our scope includes infrastructure optimization & scaling, building core experimentation capability, proactive capacity planning, and onboarding new publishers. Through comprehensive monitoring, automated scaling solutions, and streamlined deployment processes, we enable consistent service performance and operational excellence across the Ad Server ecosystem. The team serves as the cornerstone for maintaining infrastructure health and scaling readiness, particularly during high-stakes live events, Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
