We are looking for someone who thrives in a multifaceted organization, helps partners succeed, and wants to help drive the future of accelerated computing! We are growing our Strategic OEM sales team and looking for a highly motivated, experienced OEM Account Manager to help manage one of our top OEM partners and drive adoption of NVIDIA accelerated computing platforms in selected shared markets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a consistent track record working in complex sales cycles and account management, meeting key objectives, and exceeding revenue goals in a partner-led sales model. To succeed in this role, you must have comprehensive knowledge of the GPU server market and NVIDIA networking. Proven sales management experience and the ability to build strong business relationships with senior executives are also required.
What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you will support the selling and adoption of assigned NVIDIA product lines and align the partner's business objectives with NVIDIA across the vertical markets we serve. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, engineering, and supply chain teams to develop and execute go-to-market business plans that deliver expected revenue, unit, and market-share targets.
Establish relationships with senior executives, partner sales, and other teams as needed
Partner with the OEM team to develop, define, and implement go-to-market and growth strategies for assigned markets that achieve sales goals and business objectives
Collaborate regularly with NVIDIA Sales Account Managers and functional business unit teams to achieve business goals
Build a deep understanding of customers' system architectures, existing solutions, development plans, competition status, market position, and technical/commercial challenges
Provide guidance and solutions for a diverse range of moderately complex partner and market challenges
Partner with the NVIDIA OEM Marketing team to drive and execute targeted NVIDIA marketing initiatives
Lead small projects or defined workstreams and influence project-level schedules and deliverables
Provide monthly input on partner product forecasts

What we need to see:

5+ years of professional sales experience, including work in complex sales cycles, account management, and partner-led sales models
Ability to work independently and use judgment within defined policies and practices

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 148,000 USD - 235,750 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
