To support our continued growth, we are looking for the most exceptional finance professionals to join our North America Stores Financial Planning & Analysis team. Our team provides strategic support to NA Stores CFO, CEO and senior leadership on planning, analysis, and reporting. As the central place the company looks to for an understanding of financial performance, we play a major role in driving business decisions.
In this role as our topline finance expert, you will play a key role in explaining our topline performance to senior leaders and help extract insights which drive business value. Understanding our topline performance is essential to the heartbeat of Amazon Stores Finance and feeds into key FP&A processes.
This role works closely with the Supply Chain Optimization Technology (SCOT) and WW Stores, Insights, Planning, Analytics, Technology (IPAT) teams. You will be a key partner for all things topline as it relates to North America Stores.
Key job responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced finance professional who is adaptable, capable of exercising high judgment, making informed decisions and insists on the highest standards.
In this role you are the definitive topline subject-matter expert within NA Stores FP&A, providing the CFO of NA Stores Finance with the analysis and insights that are needed to drive the right business decisions. As an example, your analysis forms part of Amazon's external earnings guidance to Wall Street.
This role also covers some business critical reporting such as a daily topline flash that is consumed by multiple VP+ level leaders.
You will also be a key contributor to month and quarter-end and planning documents where you get to explain our topline trends to senior leaders.
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
