The Role and Impact
As a Module Tool Installation Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless installation and qualification of advanced manufacturing equipment used in Intel's cutting-edge fabrication facilities. You will lead efforts to translate process requirements into detailed installation specifications, oversee complex tool hookups, and validate equipment performance against critical metrics such as defectivity and process integrity. Your contributions will directly impact Intel's ability to meet production milestones and maintain its position as a global leader in semiconductor innovation.

This role is part of Intel's Foundry Tool Install organization, a team dedicated to driving operational excellence and delivering world-class manufacturing solutions. As a member of this group, you will collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and engineering teams to support Intel's commitment to advancing semiconductor technology and scaling production to meet global demand.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage module tool installation projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
Oversee equipment hookups, including gas, chemical, and electrical connections, to ensure process integrity and operational readiness.
Validate equipment performance to meet critical dimension and defectivity targets before transferring tools to manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with suppliers and internal module engineering teams to implement equipment configuration changes and optimize process nodes.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field) with 0-1 years of hands-on experience OR

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing or Project Management or equivalent installation, qualification, demonstration, or maintenance technician experience.
