We are looking for a Program Manager to join the Whole Foods Market E-Commerce Business Team. This Program Manager will drive critical business inputs of the business including services, pricing and customer go to market. Program Managers lead program strategy, execution, and KPI management of key E-Commerce workstreams in partnership with Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Technology.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who obsesses over customers, earns trust with stakeholders, dives deep into business metrics and processes, and consistently delivers results. Stakeholder management will be a critical success factor in this role. You must be able to build strong relationships and deliver results through partner teams, including Whole Foods Market global and regional teams, and Amazon Business, Operations, and Technical teams.


Key job responsibilities
- Executes assigned e-commerce programs and projects
- Identifies and recommends optimizations for program execution based on competitive analysis, customer insights, customer feedback, and assessment of business results.
- Develops program-specific tactics and goals to achieve business and customer engagement objectives.
- Leads execution of programs, including managing timelines and budgets and communicating program status
- Ensures / develops weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for e-commerce programs.
- Identifies reporting requirements and ensures access to program-related data
- Partners with marketing analytics to assess metrics / dashboard and identify key performance insights.
- Maintains awareness of e-commerce trends, developments, and best practices.
- Provides coaching and mentoring for new TMs.
- Serves as a resource on WFM capabilities and captainships.
- Informally shares appreciation and feedback to improve the performance of others.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
