As a Solution Area Specialist - AI Workforce, you will lead the charge in driving AI transformation across enterprise customers by positioning Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions—including Copilot, Copilot Studio, Viva, and Cloud PC/Virtualization offerings—as strategic enablers of productivity and innovation. You will engage business decision makers through consultative selling, develop compelling business cases, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and value realization. This role empowers you to shape customer intent, build pipeline, and deliver measurable impact while deepening your expertise in AI sales motions and contributing to a high-performance, learning-driven culture.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in technology-related sales or account management
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
- Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the role’s job duties.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 6+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years solution or services sales experience.
- 4+ years of experience forecasting, developing demand and building pipeline, and leading/orchestrating complex, matrixed teams.
- 1+ year of experience with Generative and Agentic AI
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and/or Generative AI Technologies
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and Copilot architecture
- Experience building AI Agents
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills

Solution Area Specialists IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $88,000 - $150,100 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $114,500 - $165,700 per year.

Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $107,600 - $187,500 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,600 - $205,600 per year.
