About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About MuleSoft, a Salesforce Company

MuleSoft is the world's #1 integration and API platform, and the foundational engine for the "Agent-integrated Enterprise." We make it easy to connect any application, data, and device to build an application network that is secure, scalable, and AI-ready. In this new era, MuleSoft enables organizations to transform their systems of record into a dynamic "Action Layer," providing the trust, governance, and connectivity required for autonomous AI agents to deliver real business value.

The Role

We are looking for a Director of Product Management to help lead MuleSoft's Agent Fabric portfolio, the trust, governance, and connectivity layer that lets autonomous AI agents securely discover, connect to, and orchestrate across enterprise APIs and data. This is a generalist product leadership role. You will flex across strategy, adoption, and execution for a fast-moving, still-forming product area, partnering closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market to turn a 1-3 year vision into a shipped roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategy — Own the roadmap for a significant capability area within Agent Fabric (for example: agent/MCP governance, registry and discovery, orchestration, or adoption enablement, with exact scope calibrated to the hire's strengths). Translate fast-moving shifts in agentic AI into a coherent, sequenced plan.

Scale & Execution — Drive end-to-end delivery for a complex, cross-functional product area. Balance long-range vision with the need to iterate quickly as the agent ecosystem evolves.

Cross-Functional Leadership — Partner across Engineering, UX, Product Marketing, and Sales without formal authority. Build alignment and momentum in a matrixed org.

Product Adoption — Use usage data and customer signal to drive adoption of Agent Fabric capabilities, helping customers move from manual integration work to agent-orchestrated workflows.

Market Influence — Represent MuleSoft's AI/agent point of view with strategic customers, at industry events, and in executive briefings.

Requirements

- 7+ years in product management, with meaningful time in enterprise software (SaaS, iPaaS, developer platforms, or cloud infrastructure).

- Track record owning a product area end-to-end, from an ambiguous 1.0 problem space through GA and adoption, in a fast-changing technical domain.

- Working knowledge of API-led connectivity/integration patterns and the AI/LLM/agent ecosystem (agent frameworks, MCP, LLM orchestration). Deep specialization in one side is fine; we are not looking for someone who has already mastered all of it.

- Strong cross-functional operator, comfortable navigating a matrixed org and building bridges across engineering, design, and GTM.

- Customer-centric, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building in a category that is still being defined.

- A related technical degree required.

Nice to Have

- Hands-on exposure to agent frameworks, MCP servers, or LLM gateway/governance patterns.

- Experience with developer-facing platforms or tools (SDKs, APIs, no-code/low-code builders).
