Key job responsibilities
- As a Sr. TPM, you will collaborate closely with a team of software development managers, product managers and engineers to deliver new solutions into production.
- You will be responsible for creating the roadmap and project plan, creating metrics to measure velocity and progress, reporting to leadership, and coordinating and aligning stakeholders to a single vision.
- You will help make important important tradeoff decisions with product, science, and engineering. You will help us move quickly, look for simplifications and identify blockers early.
- You’ll own and improve the mechanisms we use to track goals, status, and business metrics across teams.

The Global Payouts organization enable Amazon Businesses to send payments to beneficiaries (Seller, Flex, Vendors, etc.) World Wide. We develop highly available, secure and resilient systems to disburse millions of transaction integrating with banking partners.
Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
