Amazon Music is looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially-driven Business Development Lead to own and scale strategic partnerships that accelerate growth for one of the world's largest music streaming services. You'll operate at the intersection of technology, product, content and commercial strategy, identifying new partnership opportunities, negotiating complex deals, and turning emerging distribution opportunities into scaled growth drivers that provide value for Amazon Music's customers.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep commercial instinct with a passion for product, technology and content. if you thrive in ambiguity, building from scratch, moving fast, and in parallel building trust effortlessly with senior external and internal partners to drive initiatives forward, this role is for you.

Key job responsibilities
• Identify and negotiate new partnership and integration opportunities that unlock distribution, reach, and revenue
• Develop and present business case to leadership, influencing investment decisions and resource allocation
• Own senior exec relationship at partners
• Influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies for new partnership channels to drive Amazon Music adoption and engagement
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content, Design, Legal and Finance to deliver differentiated partner experiences
• Drive multiple workstreams in parallel, bringing commercial rigour and entrepreneurial instinct to each opportunity
• Define success metrics, track partner performance, and present business reviews and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Stay ahead of industry trends in CTV, streaming, and smart home to inform partnership strategy and product roadmap input

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
