Key job responsibilities
As an TIPM with the Network and Assets for Nimble Operations (NANO) Team you will:
- Define country-level infrastructure strategy by establishing architecture standards and readiness criteria that guide all site launches, ensuring consistency and quality across the fleet
- Own end-to-end network infrastructure scope from vendor selection through service level agreement governance to financial outcome management, driving performance and cost efficiency
- Identify and recommend end-user equipment (associate-facing devices such as scanners, workstations, and printers) that meet regional cost and performance targets, partnering with device technology teams for certification
- Establish playbooks, architecture standards, and deployment sequencing for the country, stepping in at escalation points where selections carry fleet-wide implications beyond execution-level authority
- Drive network availability outcomes, device fleet health, and financial performance across the country's fleet through structured vendor governance cadences and performance management
A day in the life
You own the network and device technology infrastructure of Quick Commerce — the fastest growth vector for Amazon Stores. Your day moves between defining regional network strategy that scales from hundreds to thousands of sites, steering technology capability investments toward fleet-scale readiness, evaluating transitions that deliver cost reduction compared to traditional models, and presenting infrastructure roadmaps to senior business operations leadership. You make architecture and vendor selections that determine availability, cost trajectory, and launch velocity for an entire geography.
Amazon offers a full range of benefits that support you and eligible family members, including domestic partners. Benefits can vary by location, the number of regularly scheduled hours you work, length of employment, and job status such as seasonal or temporary employment. The benefits that generally apply to regular, full-time employees include:
1. Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage
2. Maternity and Parental Leave Options
3. Paid Time Off (PTO)
4. 401(k) Plan
If you are not sure that every qualification on the list above describes you exactly, we'd still love to hear from you! At Amazon, we value people with unique backgrounds, experiences, and skillsets. If you’re passionate about this role and want to make an impact on a global scale, please apply!
