About the role
Original posting provided by Microsoft
The Frontier Transformation Framework helps our customers become Frontier Firms: organizations where AI is not a tool added to the business but part of the operating system the business runs on. Every phase of that journey is carried by eight delivery capabilities — Trust and Governance, Frontier Change, Human-Agent System Design, Organisational AI Capability Building, Value Creation and Management, Continuous Improvement, Experience, and Copilot and AI Intelligence Layers. Today these capabilities are delivered largely by people and point solutions. To scale them across every customer, sector, and engagement, they must be productized into a common platform that our teams and our customers can run on.
We are seeking a Senior Frontier Tools Archtiect - Agents & Intelligent Platform to build the Agent and Intelligent Platform that enables the eight capabilities to execute with customers. In this role, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the agents, accelerators, and intelligence tooling that turn framework capabilities into repeatable, instrumented software. You will translate how our architects, change practitioners, governance leads, and delivery teams work into platform features — building on Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365, and grounded in the Work IQ, Fabric IQ, and Foundry IQ intelligence layers — so that what is designed once can be deployed, measured, and improved everywhere.
This is a role for people who can move from a delivery-team pain point to a shipped product feature, who are equally credible with an engineering pod and with a transformation lead in front of a customer, and who are energized by turning eight distinct disciplines into one coherent platform. You will decide what to build and what to reuse; you will define the telemetry that proves value; and you will make the platform the fastest, safest way to deliver Frontier Transformation at scale. If you are excited by the opportunity to build the machinery that an entire transformation practice runs on, this role is for you.
