Overview

The Frontier Transformation Framework helps our customers become Frontier Firms: organizations where AI is not a tool added to the business but part of the operating system the business runs on. Every phase of that journey is carried by eight delivery capabilities — Trust and Governance, Frontier Change, Human-Agent System Design, Organisational AI Capability Building, Value Creation and Management, Continuous Improvement, Experience, and Copilot and AI Intelligence Layers. Today these capabilities are delivered largely by people and point solutions. To scale them across every customer, sector, and engagement, they must be productized into a common platform that our teams and our customers can run on.

We are seeking a Senior Frontier Tools Archtiect - Agents & Intelligent Platform to build the Agent and Intelligent Platform that enables the eight capabilities to execute with customers. In this role, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and backlog for the agents, accelerators, and intelligence tooling that turn framework capabilities into repeatable, instrumented software. You will translate how our architects, change practitioners, governance leads, and delivery teams work into platform features — building on Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agent 365, and grounded in the Work IQ, Fabric IQ, and Foundry IQ intelligence layers — so that what is designed once can be deployed, measured, and improved everywhere.

This is a role for people who can move from a delivery-team pain point to a shipped product feature, who are equally credible with an engineering pod and with a transformation lead in front of a customer, and who are energized by turning eight distinct disciplines into one coherent platform. You will decide what to build and what to reuse; you will define the telemetry that proves value; and you will make the platform the fastest, safest way to deliver Frontier Transformation at scale. If you are excited by the opportunity to build the machinery that an entire transformation practice runs on, this role is for you.

Responsibilities
  • Build and curate a portfolio of repeatable offers aligned to market need, industry requirements, functional use cases, and the patterns emerging across customer deliveries and pursuits.
  • Maintain a clear view of the market and competitive landscape, and position the portfolio against where demand, differentiation, and white space actually are.
  • Track the Microsoft product and engineering roadmap, and sequence the offer portfolio to align with what the platform can and will support.
  • Distinguish what is feasibly repeatable from what must be tailored to the customer, and design offers with a clear reusable core and defined points of customization.
  • Define reference architectures, solution blueprints, and offer definitions — scope, assumptions, dependencies, and delivery approach — that teams can reuse across engagements.
  • Mine delivery and pursuit patterns, harvesting reusable assets, accelerators, and design patterns from real engagements into the portfolio.
  • Partner with the leaders of the eight delivery capabilities and with business architects to ensure offers are coherent end-to-end and grounded in the framework.
  • Support sales and pursuit teams with solution shaping, ensuring proposed solutions map to portfolio offers and are feasible to deliver.
  • Govern the portfolio lifecycle — prioritizing, versioning, and retiring offers based on market fit, reuse, and delivery evidence.
  • Establish the standards, artifacts, and intake process that keep the portfolio current, discoverable, and adopted by delivery and sales teams.Success in this role looks like
  • A curated portfolio of repeatable offers exists, is adopted by delivery and pursuit teams, and maps clearly to market and industry need.
  • A growing share of engagements is delivered from repeatable offers rather than fully bespoke solutions, improving speed and predictability.
  • Offers are aligned to the product and engineering roadmap, with a clear reusable core and defined customization points.
  • Reusable assets and patterns from delivery and pursuits are consistently harvested back into the portfolio.
  • Sales and pursuit teams can shape credible, feasible solutions faster because the portfolio gives them a proven starting point.
