Overview

We have a tremendous opportunity to lead in the era of AI. As a Product Marketing Manager in the Copilot Demo Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in shaping how Copilot and agents are demonstrated and enabling customers, sellers, and partners with compelling demo experiences that build understanding, preference, and adoption. You will lead the strategy and execution of product demos across the AI Business Solutions portfolio for major marketing events and field and partner scenarios. The portfolio includes Copilot Cowork, Microsoft Scout, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and connected business data. You will be a master storyteller who uses products and customer scenarios to create end-to-end narratives; scopes requests with product marketers and field teams; selects the right live, simulated, or video format; and defines the content and guidance for functional and industry experiences. You will own the success measures for the demo assets you produce and work closely with stakeholders across marketing, sales, engineering, events, and production. You should be comfortable working behind the scenes and ready to demonstrate storytelling excellence with customers and at major events.

Responsibilities

Strategy development and execution: Develop and execute the product demo strategy for assigned areas within the Copilot Demo Center of Excellence, identifying priority scenarios and use cases across Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, agents, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and connected business data experiences.

Request scoping and asset decisions: Scope new demo requests with product marketers, field sellers, and business owners; clarify the audience and desired outcome; and select the appropriate live, simulated, video, or supporting asset format.

Narrative and storytelling: Develop core messaging, story arcs, scripts, talk tracks, and guidance that turn complex product capabilities into clear customer, seller, partner, functional, and industry scenarios.

Feature and product release demos: Partner with product marketing and engineering to identify demonstrable release scenarios, validate product information, and create coordinated live, simulated, and video assets for announcements, blogs, social storytelling, and field readiness.

Event demos: Adapt and deliver demo narratives for major marketing moments, executive engagements, and customer events, including presenter preparation, rehearsals, and high-quality stage execution.

Seller and partner enablement: Create reusable demo assets and guidance that help sellers and partners demonstrate product value credibly and lead effective customer conversations.

Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate across marketing, sales, product engineering, events, production, legal, privacy, and other stakeholder groups to deliver accurate and compelling demo experiences.

Audience and market insight: Use customer, seller, and partner feedback to improve demo priorities, messaging, scenario relevance, and supporting guidance.

Project and change management: Establish workback plans, coordinate dependencies, manage communications and feedback, resolve blockers, and deliver projects within established timelines and changing conditions.

Measurement: Define and track KPIs for the demo assets produced and use performance, adoption, and field feedback to improve demo strategy, content, and investment decisions.
