DCO Program 테크니션은 Amazon Web Services(AWS)의 데이터 센터 운영 조직에서 다양한 프로그램과 프로젝트를 기획하고 실행하며, 안정적이고 효율적인 데이터 센터 운영과 조직의 성장을 지원하는 역할을 담당합니다.

AWS 데이터 센터는 빠르게 변화하고 성장하는 환경에서 전 세계 고객에게 안정적인 클라우드 서비스를 제공하기 위한 핵심 인프라를 운영하고 있습니다. 본 직무에서는 데이터 센터 운영 조직의 다양한 요구사항을 파악하고, 이를 효과적인 프로그램과 프로젝트로 개발하여 실행합니다. 운영 효율화 및 Kaizen 프로젝트를 비롯해 교육 프로그램, 임직원 참여 및 조직문화 프로그램, ID&E, 지역사회 사회공헌 활동 등 데이터 센터 운영 조직을 지원하는 폭넓은 프로그램을 담당하게 됩니다.

다양한 내부 팀 및 외부 파트너와 협업하며 프로그램의 기획부터 실행, 운영 및 개선까지 전 과정을 경험할 수 있으며, 빠르게 성장하는 데이터 센터 환경에서 프로젝트 관리 역량과 데이터 센터 운영에 대한 전문성을 함께 발전시킬 수 있습니다.

입사 후에는 데이터 센터 운영 환경과 업무에 필요한 교육 및 트레이닝이 제공되며, 다양한 경험과 배경을 가진 구성원들과 함께 근무하게 됩니다.

주요 업무

본 직무는 데이터 센터 운영 조직을 지원하기 위한 다양한 프로그램 및 프로젝트의 기획, 실행 및 운영을 담당합니다.

운영 효율성 향상 및 프로세스 개선을 위한 Kaizen 및 Continuous Improvement 프로젝트 지원
신규 입사자 및 임직원을 위한 교육·트레이닝 프로그램 기획 및 운영
임직원 참여 및 조직문화 프로그램 기획·운영
ID&E(Inclusion, Diversity & Equity) 관련 프로그램 및 활동 지원
지역사회 및 외부 기관과 연계한 InCommunities 및 사회공헌 프로그램 기획·운영
프로젝트 일정, 예산, 리스크 및 주요 성과 관리

기본 자격 요건
• 안전 및 보안 지침, 표준 절차를 이해하고 준수할 수 있는 분
• Excel 등 기본 사무 도구를 사용해 업무 진행 상황을 관리하고 보고할 수 있는 분
• 기본적인 PC 활용 능력(이메일, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 영어 문서 읽기/작성 등)

Basic Qualifications

- Associate's degree
