As a Recruiting Business Partner (RBP), you will serve as a strategic talent advisor to assigned business units within Leo. You will own the recruiting strategy for your client group, partner closely with senior leadership to understand business needs, develop comprehensive talent strategies, and drive hiring outcomes that support Leo's aggressive growth objectives. The RBP acts as the primary recruiting point of contact for their client group, managing complex requisitions while coaching hiring teams on best practices and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.


Key job responsibilities
•Serve as the primary recruiting advisor to Director and VP-level stakeholders across Leo engineering organizations
•Develop deep understanding of Leo's business strategy, organizational structure, and talent needs across hardware, software, and interdisciplinary roles
•Own the end-to-end recruiting strategy for your client group — from workforce planning through offer close. This may include direct partnership and alignment with centralized recruiting teams
•Provide data-driven insights and market intelligence (compensation benchmarking, competitive landscape, talent availability) to inform hiring decisions
•Influence hiring strategy, job architecture, and compensation approaches in partnership with HR Business Partners and Compensation
•Lead weekly/monthly business reviews with leadership teams, reporting on pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring forecast
•Partner with Sourcers to cultivate sourcing channels, build diverse candidate pipelines, and execute proactive talent engagement strategies
•Manage complex, senior-level searches with high judgment and limited guidance
•Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate evaluation, and offer strategy
•Identify and drive process improvements that increase recruiting efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
•Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Business Operations to align headcount planning with hiring execution
•Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to optimize sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting workflows — continuously identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and scale impact

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
