The role will help define LinkedIn Learning’s strategy for agentic investments to drive outcomes for our customers, working with cross-functional peers across the business unit, as well as LinkedIn’s many ecosystem partners. Your passion for building delightful and truly impactful products will serve you well as you lead development of cutting-edge technologies and market differentiating customer features that also help every employee reach their full career potential. 

We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to help lead our LinkedIn Learning solution.  You’ll help build a world class, enterprise-grade solution that furthers LinkedIn’s leadership position in the Learning market and helps our customers succeed on their journey to upskill 

In this role, you will define and drive strategy for LinkedIn Learning (both the core Learning product and Career Hub).’You will develop a deep understanding of customer segments and needs, ship and experiment at rapid velocity across a variety of levers (e.g., UI innovation, partner integrations, and AI), creating massive impact for our customers and business. 

Responsibilities 

  • Product Strategy & Vision – Understand customers’ enterprise learning needs to define the vision for how LinkedIn Learning can help upskill their entire workforce.  

  • Data-Driven Optimization – Leverage product usage data, behavioral data, customer insights, and sales performance metrics to develop hypotheses, AB test, and ultimately identify the points of leverage in the ecosystem. Scale learnings as fast as possible. 

  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, marketing, operations, and sales to execute and scale discovery and retention experiences. 

  • Stakeholder Alignment – Work closely with go-to-market teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs, market trends, and LinkedIn’s broader strategy. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology related field OR equivalent experience 

  • 9+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in Learning, upskilling, or talent mapping industry. 

  • MS degree in a technology-related field 

  • Data-Driven Mindset – Experience in testing, experimentation, and data analytics to improve product discovery, retention and reengagement. Ability to make tough calls to drive prioritization and clarity. 

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences 

  • Ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace 

  • Ability to manage and lead across highly cross-functional teams
