Position Responsibilities:
Focus on providing technical support for internal and external-facing services related to the catalog as a Support Engineering Manager within Amazon's Catalog Support and Programs (CSP) team. Collaborate with a team of Support Engineers, drive operational excellence, and enhance customer experiences by improving processes and optimizing team performance. Play a key role in shaping the team's strategic direction, establishing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for Support Engineers. Focus on optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality solutions. Work to improve the support experience for both internal users and external customers related to the catalog. Define the team's goals, performance metrics, and long-term vision.
