Operate the Managed Service platform and collaborate with internal service teams to manage critical infrastructure services for global enterprise-scale customers. Troubleshoot complex service issues using groundbreaking technologies, reproduce customer issues to identify the root cause, and build proof-of-concept environments aligned with cloud-best-practices. Serve as a point of escalation and drive customer communication during critical service events. Mentor junior engineers.

Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) configuring, managing, and troubleshooting large-scale systems, including cloud virtualization, distributed networks, and co-location; (2) Linux or Windows Operating System support; and (3) networking, including deploying and troubleshooting LAN, VPN, Firewalls, and TCP/IP.
