Position Responsibilities:
Act as a technical liaison between customers, service engineering teams and support. Ensure success in building, migrating, and deploying applications, software and services on the AWS platform. Author AWS customer-facing publications such as whitepapers. Share best-practice knowledge among the AWS solutions architect community. Engage with developers, system administrators, software architects, project manager, directors, and C-level customers to define cloud strategies and deployments. Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and ensure that solutions are designed for successful deployment on AWS.
