We are looking for a Manager, Supply Chain Planning - Wafers, located at our Corporate Headquarters in Santa Clara, CA. At NVIDIA, our employees are passionate about parallel and visual computing. What you'll be doing:
Manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply plans with business leaders and provide mentorship on supply and inventory positions
Analyze planning strategies and priority tradeoffs with business leaders to optimize supply to meet customer demand and revenue targets
Present weekly supply changes to executive management
Develop, mentor, and lead team of high performing supply chain planners responsible for wafer/die supply
Collaborate with foundry partners to drive closure of near term wafer supply shortages and to forecast longer term capacity requirements
Oversee cross-functional alignment with backend planning, capacity planning, and engineering teams to understand chip supply bottlenecks and influence downstream capacity investments
Guide continuous improvement efforts and projects in support of organizational strategies
What we need to see:
BA/BS degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
8+ overall years of experience in supply chain/operations, preferably with background in semiconductors or wafer/chip planning
At least 4+ years of experience in a leadership role
Proficiency in Excel, SAP, advanced planning software/ERP, and other business software applications
Demonstrated agility and flexibility in a fast-paced, constraint production environment
Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with senior executive staff
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Experience managing global manufacturing with foundry suppliers and partner teams around the world
Proven problem solving, analytical and complex modeling skills
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and people concurrently
Find creative, out-of-the-box solutions and approaches to complex problems

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 144,000 USD - 247,250 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
