Microsoft’s Enterprise Account Team helps customers envision new possibilities, implement secure technology solutions, and achieve measurable business outcomes through Microsoft Azure, AI, data, security, productivity, and business applications.

As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist supporting a strategic insurance customer, you will translate business priorities into a technology strategy and multi-year roadmap. You will bring strong insurance-industry perspective, technical leadership, and consultative selling expertise to help the customer modernize core insurance platforms, responsibly adopt AI, strengthen cybersecurity and resilience, improve customer and agent experiences, and realize measurable value from Microsoft Cloud investments.

You will partner closely with the Enterprise Account Executive and orchestrate Microsoft, partner, and customer stakeholders across technology, business, engineering, sales, and customer success. The ideal candidate combines executive presence, commercial judgment, industry credibility, and the ability to lead complex transformation programs in a highly regulated environment.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Create and progress opportunities involving Azure, Microsoft 365, business applications, AI, data and analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, application modernization, and industry-specific solutions. Help customers move from experimentation to responsible, scalable production adoption.

Commercial and Negotiation Leadership
Shape complex, multi-year technology strategies and commercial agreements by connecting business value, implementation sequencing, consumption commitments, adoption plans, risk management, and measurable return on investment.
