Within the Agentic Delivery Acceleration ProServe Team (ADAPT), you will lead strategic initiatives that define how ProServe operates at scale—standing up new programs, rapidly prototyping AI-powered solutions, and driving global adoption. You will play a critical role in translating complex cross-organizational challenges into scalable frameworks and agentic automation—enabling teams across Professional Services to work smarter and faster through the power of agentic AI.
If you’re passionate about leveraging AI to solve complex sales and delivery challenges and ready to drive meaningful innovation in one of the world’s most customer-obsessed organizations, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for transformative impact.
Key job responsibilities
• Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally
• Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards (PRFAQ/narrative) methodology
• Rapidly prototype solutions using AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle)—ship working prototypes in 45 day sprints
• Transition prototype and beta solutions to General Availability (GA) via ProServe agents for long-term scale and maintenance
• Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities
• Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without formal authority to secure resources and drive adoption
• Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes (adoption rates, cycle time reduction, margin improvement)
• Drive continuous improvement through data-driven analysis and feedback loops
• Influence strategic direction of global delivery capabilities and methodologies
