About the role
Original posting provided by amazon
Within AWS Professional Services, you will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of agentic AI solutions that serve thousands of ProServe practitioners globally. Your work will be both tactical and strategic — you will drive clarity where technology, business models, and operating models need definition, gain consensus on desired outcomes, and deliver independently with limited guidance. You will influence multiple internal and external technical and business teams, operating as a trusted advisor and learning to force multiply through scalable mechanisms, reusable frameworks, and the development of others.
If you're passionate about leading product-driven transformation, thrive in ambiguity, and are ready to own outcomes that impact thousands of practitioners across one of the world's most customer-obsessed organizations, this role offers an exceptional opportunity for strategic impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and full-lifecycle delivery of agentic AI solutions (e.g., intelligent knowledge bases, engagement health platforms, delivery automation) — driving clarity on requirements and outcomes in ambiguous spaces
- Lead complex initiatives independently with limited guidance; reason about system-level trade-offs using business acumen and technical judgement
- Develop strategic relationships across engineering, delivery, sales, and operations; influence multiple internal and external teams to align on scalable solutions
- Manage and mitigate risk; lead escalations; define measurable outcomes (adoption, time-to-value) and use data to inform decisions
- Architect go-to-market and change management strategies driving adoption across 2,000+ practitioners; identify new automation opportunities within delivery workflows (context & knowledge management, engagement governance, quality processes)
- Mentor and develop team members; establish best practices and reusable frameworks that elevate the broader team
- Lead content development and present to diverse audiences; communicate across technical and non-technical domains with confidence
A day in the life
You'll start your day reviewing product metrics and user feedback for your AI-powered tools — used daily by thousands of ProServe consultants worldwide. Mid-morning, you might lead a sprint planning session with engineers building your next feature, then pivot to a stakeholder review with delivery leadership where you present roadmap trade-offs and secure alignment. Afternoons could involve scoping a new automation opportunity surfaced by a delivery team, mentoring a junior team member on writing a narrative, or driving an escalation to unblock a cross-team dependency. Your internal customers are ProServe practitioners, engagement managers, and delivery leaders; your mission is removing friction from how AWS sells and delivers professional services.
