Adobe Firefly is where creative breakthroughs are achieved with the power of AI. Content creators and creative professionals alike use Firefly to spark new creative ideas, generate new video clips, images, and audio, and edit existing content easily with AI

We’re looking for a senior product marketer with a passion for how new creative products and AI technologies will shape the future of creativity. This role within the Firefly product marketing team—focused on outbound marketing to individuals—will focus on evergreen acquisition initiatives.

This role offers an outstanding chance to shape high-impact programs that reach millions of prospective users and directly influence how the market discovers and adopts Adobe Firefly.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Consideration & Conversion – Own the messaging and channel strategy that moves prospective users from consideration into trial. Identify which problems, use cases, and motivators are most successful at getting people to try Firefly.

  • Partner with Paid Media & Agencies – Translate acquisition objectives into clear briefs for agencies and channel partners, and partner with the paid media team on channel selection, test-and-learn agendas, and performance optimization. Check in regularly on what's working—key themes, use cases, and messages driving trial—and keep product messages current across always-on search and social, without owning execution.

  • Steer Channel Levers That Drive Business Impact – Keep a constant pulse on which marketing channels and levers are moving the needle on monthly active users (MAU) and conversion. Meet with channel owners to share the latest business priorities and recommend shifts in approach when needed.

  • Orchestrate User Journeys – Partner with GTM to identify the user journeys for acquisition marketing most likely to drive trial and conversion.

  • Sustain Momentum & Tap into Cultural Moments – Keep a pulse on Firefly's roadmap—new feature releases, promos, and freemium/value messaging—and fold those into the always-on paid program well beyond their initial launch. Also stay attuned to cultural or seasonal moments that could give people a fresh reason to try Firefly.

  • Subject Matter Expertise – Serve as the go-to expert on the Firefly product, user experience, and monetization structure, translating that expertise into compelling acquisition messaging.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, advertising, integrated marketing, or related roles.

  • Experience in tech, creative products and tools, and/or generative AI is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative judgment. Comfortable providing constructive feedback to cross-functional collaborators.

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas or product information effectively and clearly to diverse audiences.

  • Analytical and strategic problem solver, adept at using data and customer insights to inform decision making.

  • Passionate about emerging creative AI technologies and knowledgeable about the generative AI landscape.

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising, Technology, or related field preferred OR 8+ years of marketing experience OR equivalent practical experience.
