Are you an experienced Product Marketer who is passionate about financial services? The Amazon Business Payments and Lending team provides working capital and payment solutions to Amazon Business customers worldwide, including our flagship Business Credit Account. We are part of the global Amazon Payments organization, and we demonstrate customer obsession by building payment experiences and financial services that procurement, finance, and AP teams trust, value, and use as their preferred way to pay.

The ideal candidate thinks strategically about how payment products fit into the B2B purchasing journey and translates that into how customers discover, adopt, and actively use our products. You will own product positioning and the messaging architecture, develop persona frameworks for the payments buying committee, and run the go-to-market programs that move customers from application through active usage. You will work across product, credit risk, and sales as the bridge that turns product capabilities into customer-facing narratives and scalable adoption programs. You will also help define how a modern product marketing function operates as AI reshapes both how we produce our work and how B2B buyers research and choose.

To be successful, you will look at the business analytically through funnel metrics, be a strong communicator who can influence and earn trust with stakeholders across multiple teams, and manage priorities in a fast-moving environment. You will also use generative AI and agentic workflows as a force multiplier across your workstreams, not as an afterthought.

Key job responsibilities
- Own product positioning and the messaging architecture across B2B segments, translating payment and lending capabilities into value propositions that resonate with procurement leaders, treasury, finance, and Accounts Payable managers.
- Develop buyer and persona frameworks for the B2B payments buying committee, mapping the purchase journey across the multiple stakeholders who evaluate and approve a payment method.
- Lead GTM strategy for new product launches from internal enablement through customer-facing launch, including launch tiering, adoption metrics, and post-launch optimization.
- Analyze funnel metrics and program performance to identify opportunities, inform the product roadmap, and design programs that accelerate customers from application through activation.
- Build sales enablement and customer-facing content, including thought leadership, case studies, and campaign assets tailored to procure-to-pay decision makers.
- Use generative AI and agentic workflows to scale content production, sharpen customer segmentation and insight, and personalize programs across the lifecycle.
- Ensure our products and positioning are well represented in AI-mediated buyer research, and communicate our own AI-powered product capabilities credibly to B2B customers.
- Partner with international teams to scale product marketing globally, and present results and recommendations to senior leadership.
