Role Summary
The Program Manager will join Amazon's Transportation Engineering Systems (TESS) team and manage configuration changes for proprietary transportation systems that control package flows from the fulfillment network to customers. Key job responsibilities

-Dive deep into package flow data to troubleshoot system errors, identify root causes, and implement fixes
-Identify process improvement opportunities and build automation to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy
-Develop analytics and reporting capabilities leveraging AI to drive data-driven decision-making
-Proactively identify and mitigate risks in system configurations before they impact customers
-Document processes, standard operating procedures, and configuration playbooks for the team.
-Contribute to additional doc writing such as QBR, MBR, and Lessons Learned.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
