Original job description

Content provided by the employer

In this role, you will own the product vision and roadmap to consolidate removals into a streamlined portfolio across all miles — from planning and program management to cross-functional partnership with tech teams on software needs, transportation optimization, and network consolidation programs.

You will also own network success programs, building varied business signals into a scalable database — developing it to be agentic and closed-loop, so actions trigger and track automatically, with reporting that tells each part of the business what it needs to act on. The ideal candidate brings deep technical acumen, proven product management excellence, and strong people leadership. They have a track record of delivering products that measurably improve business decision-making. They are a self-starter who takes ownership, drives positive change, and leads by example. They are inherently cross-functional — comfortable operating across engineering, finance, and executive stakeholders with equal fluency.

This role demands someone who can think strategically about how systems must evolve to support a business growing in scale and complexity, while simultaneously ensuring their team ships the right things, at the right time, with the right quality.

About the team
WWRR Supply Chain is where engineering-driven planning meets operational invention. We own the tooling, data infrastructure, and intelligence that powers Amazon's billion-dollar returns portfolio. Our team builds Gen AI-powered products such as real-time signal databases, capacity modeling engines, and predictive planning surfaces. We unify labor planning, supply & demand forecasting, and P&L optimization into a single-surface planning architecture. We design rigorous quantitative research — concept testing, and experimentation frameworks to inform product roadmaps and executive-level investment trade-offs. We bridge network planning, finance, and operations engineering, turning ambiguity into measurable outcomes. Our bar: zero cost, zero defects, zero waste.
