In this team you will own the roadmap to drive disruptive change to our current processes including planning automation, proactive alarming, and mechanisms to drive performance improvement. With vast amounts of data spanning many domains, our space is the perfect place to apply AI to identify complex patterns and recommend solutions. This role will be instrumental in driving this transformation within the team. You will pioneer these efforts, working cross functionally with operations, business, finance, and technology teams to launch new solutions. Success requires exceptional judgment, a builder’s mindset, and the ability to influence at all levels—from front-line planners to VP- and SVP-level business owners.

Key job responsibilities
• Manage cross-team and cross-organization delivery of long-term customer-facing programs
• Work with the product management and engineering team to identify technical requirements, limitations, and bottlenecks
• Build, integrate, and maintain reporting for areas of responsibility within existing reporting schemes and mechanisms. Where required, implement new reporting.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders in multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver on agreed upon milestones. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs Plan and coordinate events including facilitation and action item management.
• Implement or enable virtuous continuous improvement cycles in macro team processes.
• Develop, Own, and report on: program goals, performance, efficacy and efficiency to a variety of stakeholders across different technical domains and at varying cadences (weekly / monthly / quarterly) for area of responsibility.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
