We are seeking a Finance Manager to join the North America Operations (NA Ops) Fixed, Capex, Analytics & Planning (FCAP) Finance Team and lead the FP&A space for our Capacity/Initiatives investments. This is a highly visible role supporting several business and finance leaders (L8s/L10s) on goals, launching planning review mechanisms and building bottoms-up rolling 3YF financial models. The right candidate must have exceptional communication and analytical skills, have the ability to dive deep and succinctly communicate findings/ideas, as well as be able to navigate a dynamic and fast pace work environment.

We support and influence the organization by providing a holistic and financial perspective, we are the trusted business advisors. We collaborate with our partners to ensure leaders have the most up to date and reliable information, and work with them to make sure we are making the best possible decisions.

Key job responsibilities
- Leading the planning cycles for a multi-billion dollar business.

- Drive automation and process improvement across planning, top-down forecasting and goal management processes.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
- 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
