Original job description

Content provided by the employer

More than 300 million customers shop in Amazon's store, and every day, customers browse, purchase, and review products sold by third-party sellers right alongside products sold by Amazon. Since 2000, Amazon has offered this digital shelf space to individuals and companies of all sizes, helping them reach hundreds of millions of customers, build their brands, and grow their business. Today, third-party seller products account for more than half of all units sold in our store. This is an exciting opportunity to create and innovate in Marketplace, one of the core pillars of Amazon.

Sellers are the lifeblood of our Marketplace business. International Seller Services focuses on recruiting 3P sellers and helping them grow their business on Amazon — either through their own logistics networks or by leveraging Amazon's global fulfillment and customer service capabilities. WW Global Selling specifically focuses on Cross-Border Sellers, where a significant and growing portion of sales come from China-based sellers selling globally across Amazon Stores.

The ISS Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to support the WW Global Selling PMO team. This team is at the center of some of Amazon's most strategic cross-border initiatives — including Fulfillment From Origin (FFO), a new fulfillment model enabling sellers to ship directly from manufacturing countries to customers worldwide, which powers Global by Default (GbD) — our vision to enable sellers to launch selection across all Amazon stores on day one with minimal friction and risk. You will partner on supply chain improvements, cost-to-serve optimization, and seller lifecycle initiatives that shape how Amazon serves cross-border sellers at scale.

As a member of this team, you will own financial analysis for high-visibility programs, support business planning and entitlement sizing, and drive cross-functional alignment across regional and central teams. The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable with healthy debate, and earns trust across finance and business partners.
