Job Description

Sandisk is seeking an energetic and highly organized Early Talent Recruiter & Program Specialist to support our global emerging talent strategy. This role combines recruiting and program management responsibilities, helping attract, hire, and engage interns and new college graduates while ensuring an exceptional participant experience throughout the Flash FWD Internship Program and New College Graduate (NCG) Program.

The ideal candidate is passionate about early careers, enjoys building relationships, excels at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and is eager to develop a career in Talent Acquisition and Program Management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Early Talent Recruiting

  • Support full-cycle recruiting activities for internship and new college graduate opportunities.
  • Source, screen, and engage students and recent graduates for a variety of business functions.
  • Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
  • Assist with offer preparation, offer discussions, and onboarding activities.
  • Maintain recruiting data and candidate records within applicant tracking systems.

Early Talent Program Management

  • Support the execution of Sandisk's Flash FWD Internship Program and New College Graduate programs.
  • Coordinate program events, workshops, learning sessions, networking opportunities, and executive presentations.
  • Manage participant communications and program logistics.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, and business leaders to ensure program success.
  • Assist with intern and NCG onboarding activities and transition milestones.
  • Track program participation, feedback, and engagement metrics.

Campus & Employer Branding

  • Support university recruiting initiatives and campus engagement activities.
  • Assist with career fairs, information sessions, and virtual recruiting events.
  • Help promote the Sandisk employer brand across university channels and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, student organizations, and campus partners.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, HR, program coordination, university relations, or event management.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Preferred:

  • Internship or work experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, Career Services, Recruiting, or Program Management within the Semiconductor Industry.
  • Experience coordinating events, student programs, or university activities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR technologies.
  • Experience working with student organizations, campus leadership programs, or university recruiting initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits Details

  • An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
  • The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
  • You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
