Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Computer system design and simulation with NAND
- NAND system architecture and modeling with AI workloads in data center/mobile applications
- AI workload analysis and characterization in both high performance and mobile systems
- Work to identify and resolve performance issues in the system with NAND
Qualifications
Required
- PhD candidate in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science the relevant experience in computer system design, simulation, modeling and analysis
- Strong research background in AI systems, computer architecture, storage systems, memory systems, or performance modeling
- Proficiency in workload characterization and analysis
- Experience system architecture with NAND, PCIe/UCIe/CXL, NoC, DMA, Firmware, NAND, etc
- Ability to comprehend the HW/FW/SW and their interactions in computer system
- Proven track record of publications in top-tier conferences and journals
Preferred
- NAND system architecture/design, modeling and simulation
- Working knowledge of computer architecture/system and digital design
- Experience of simulation using System C and TLM, behavioral modeling and performance analysis
- Experience in evaluating performance/power and architectural modeling in high-level programming languages
