Want to build the systems that get AWS's largest customers from AI idea to production faster? We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to own the mechanisms that connect customers to expert AI builder teams and then turn what those teams deliver into reusable assets that help accelerate all AWS customers.

You'll operate at the center of a flywheel: customers come in with complex AI challenges, you route them to the right expertise or solution, those engagements produce proven patterns and customer signals, and you package those learnings so the next customer doesn't need high-touch support at all. If you love designing systems that start hands-on and end self-service, this role is for you.

Key job responsibilities
- Own intake, triage, and routing of customer Data & AI engagement requests across multiple builder teams (specialists, professional services, prototyping labs, and partners)
- Define and enforce SLAs for triage, assignment, and delivery across all participating builder teams; report on adherence and escalate blockers
- Automate coordination workflows that today take days of back-and-forth, reducing cycle time and removing dependency on individual heroics
- Work across geographies and organizations to keep the mechanism running smoothly and improving continuously
- Partner with builder team leaders to maintain balanced workload distribution and clear escalation paths
- Capture engagement deliverables and package them into reusable architectures, code, and playbooks that customers can grab off the shelf to get to production
- Build the distribution mechanism that makes reusable assets discoverable and accessible to field sellers and customers at the right moment in their journey
- Analyze engagement data to identify trends in customer needs, builder team capacity, and routing quality; use findings to inform GTM strategy and investment decisions

About the team
Our team drives the go-to-market strategy and execution for AWS's data and AI services, working directly with field sellers and partners worldwide to help customers adopt and succeed. You'll collaborate with Technical Business Developers and Program Managers who each own different programs and domains; together, you connect customers to the right expertise, build reusable assets from successful engagements, and design automation that makes the next customer's path to production faster. We're charting the future of fully agentic channels that deliver assistance to customers at scale, and our mission is to make it faster and easier for every customer to get from AI ambition to production workload.
