The person hired into this role will leverage their sales, vendor management, and people management experience to lead their team and delivery partners to success supporting LinkedIn’s customers.

This is all in addition to thorough experience in building successful sales motions and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, support, and coach a team of high-performing global Program Managers
- Partner with internal sales leaders and delivery partner teams to drive program performance against quota targets per program / market — leveraging coaching, process optimization and design, and regular review of program KPIs/SLAs to hold delivery partner leadership accountable
- Partner closely with delivery partner leadership to reinforce LinkedIn’s expectations and drive success
- Serve as a consultant to our various stakeholders to identify opportunities where we can help their business unit scale by leveraging our delivery partner network
- Ensure program stakeholders receive regular updates on performance, successes, and challenges, and collect feedback to discuss with our delivery partner leadership directly
- Partner with Vendor Strategy, Legal, and InfoSec on contract updates, tool access approvals, and co-employment compliance for assigned programs
- Make decisions, in partnership with manager colleagues, that benefit the overall GTM Vendor Solutions org
- Hold team accountable to quarterly goal setting and evaluation (Smart Goals) and completion of weekly and monthly administrative responsibilities
- Treat escalations from stakeholders or delivery partners with priority and partner with Program Managers or GTM Vendor Solutions leadership to identify and implement corrective actions
- Establish Path to Health (PTH) plans in collaboration with delivery partner leadership to address low performance or other program challenges
- Attend regular off-hours calls to align with delivery partner teams across time zones — including check-ins, 1:1s, and leadership discussions
