Principal Solutions Enablement Manager, C&P

Solutions Activation

The Opportunity

Adobe works with businesses to revolutionize creativity and operational efficiency across the enterprise amid AI advancements. In the role of Solutions Enablement Manager for Creative Pro, you are the in-house expert on how Adobe's portfolio of creative and efficiency solutions solves customer issues. You immerse yourself in the products, use cases, and market context. You then transform this insight into positioning, evidence, and actionable content that enables sellers to engage effectively at all levels, from early discovery to leadership discussions.

This role shows the team's direction: focusing less on "how the product works" and more on "how customers use it in real situations to change their business." You will act less like a product promoter and more like a trusted business expert. Sellers and customers will rely on you to explain how Creative Pro workflows deliver real results, beyond just feature details.

To succeed in this position, candidates need more than strong product expertise. They are naturally curious, combine insights from customers, sellers, product teams, and the market, and convert those insights into scalable support that boosts seller confidence, field adoption, and business results.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a Solution Advisor rather than only a Product Expert. Shift the conversation around Creative Pro from simply listing features to demonstrating real workflow examples that illustrate how the portfolio changes business results. You are the business subject matter expert the field relies on, not just a source of product details.
  • Own Creative Pro Solutions Knowledge — Be the deepest working expert on Creative Cloud, Frame, Express etc. in the field-facing organization. Sellers, SCs, CSMs, and Partners come to you when they need to understand how these products work and where they bring value.
  • Translate Expertise into Field-Ready Positioning — Build sales plays, positioning, objection handling, enablement experiences, and demo narratives that help sellers confidently bring Creative Pro value to executive, technical, and practitioner audiences.
  • Participate actively in critical situations — Apply your product knowledge to strategic accounts, executive discussions, and competitive deals where expert insight is essential, not just presentation materials.
  • Maintain sharp Competitive Intelligence by monitoring how Creative Pro solutions compare to other options in the market. Provide the field with strong proof points and reliable comparisons.
  • Share insights from sellers and customers to guide roadmap discussions and portfolio investment. Your field knowledge flows both ways, not only outward.
  • Partner across the Solutions Enablement Team. Coordinate with your Business Pro and Marketing Pro counterparts. Also work with GTM and product marketing to keep Creative Pro positioning consistent with the portfolio.
  • Collaborate across Product, Product Marketing, GTM, Sales, Enablement, and other partner organizations to align priorities, influence strategy, and deliver cohesive solution activation at scale.
  • Find Opportunities & Build Scalable Enablement — Continuously find ways to improve how the field positions and sells Creative Pro solutions. Translate field insights into scalable enablement that boosts seller confidence, adoption, and customer impact.
  • Measure the efficiency of activation efforts, using field feedback and business outcomes to continuously refine enablement and improve seller adoption.

Qualifications

  • Over 6 years of practical experience with creativity or efficiency software — direct product proficiency is more important here than years of program management.
  • Extensive, proven experience in Adobe's Creative Pro suite or similarly advanced creative/efficiency software.
  • A track record of being the person others go to for product depth — whether as an SC, technical seller, solutions consultant, or product specialist.
  • Solid grasp of AI's function in contemporary creative and efficiency workflows, along with the capability to discuss it with technical authority.
  • Practical experience with agentic creative workflows and node/graph-based creative tools (e.g., ComfyUI).
  • Proficiency with both frontier and open-weighted generative models and how they're applied in production creative workflows.
  • Demonstrated skill in converting extensive technical product expertise into persuasive positioning, scalable training, and customer discussions that sellers readily embrace. Confidence in serving as the technical authority in discussions — capable of engaging in detailed product or competitive dialogue, beyond merely delivering a presentation.
  • Prefer focusing on workflow and business outcomes rather than just explaining features — you instinctively describe “how a customer uses this” rather than “what this button does.”
  • Willing and able to travel nationally and internationally up to 30% of the time.
  • Experience crafting engaging enablement that applies adult learning principles to drive lasting seller behavior change through practical application, reinforcement, and real-world relevance.
  • Prior experience in sales enablement, field enablement, or GTM enablement.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority by building credibility, aligning collaborators, and driving action across diverse cross-functional organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop positive relationships across Product, Product Marketing, GTM, Sales, and Enablement to achieve shared business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to find opportunities, question assumptions, and build scalable solutions that increase seller efficiency and business impact.

Technical Context

This role is grounded in product expertise, not project management. You should already have real, hands-on proficiency with the Creative Pro portfolio — not familiarity you'd need to build on the job.

  • Candidates should have working knowledge of AI concepts that support creative production and content workflows. They must be proficient with agentic and node/graph-based creative tools, such as ComfyUI, and skilled in using frontier and open-weighted models for creative generation.
  • Actively engages with AI in creative and productivity workflows, employing emerging capabilities to boost personal efficiency, seller activation, and customer outcomes.
  • Capacity to engage thoroughly in a product or technical discussion without relying on another person present.
  • Experienced in converting intricate technical product knowledge into scalable enablement experiences — encompassing positioning guides, battlecards, workshops, reinforcement approaches, objection handling, and demo talk tracks — that boost seller confidence and promote field adoption.

Ideal Candidate

You thrive in ambiguity, connect dots others miss, and naturally look beyond the immediate request to solve broader business problems.
