Overview

The Windows Ecosystem and Customer Engagements (WECE) team works across the Windows ecosystem to enable partners and customers to successfully build, deploy, and scale solutions on Microsoft platforms. WECE partners closely with product teams, engineering, and the ecosystem to remove friction, accelerate readiness, and drive real-world customer and partner outcomes.

Within WECE, we are building scalable, AI-powered enablement experiences that help Microsoft's hardware partners self-serve, onboard, troubleshoot, and succeed across Microsoft technologies.

We are seeking a Partner Enablement Program Manager to serve as a trusted partner-facing program manager, managing technical relationships with server OEM, ODM, IHV, and silicon partners while contributing to the development of AI-powered enablement tools and platforms. This role blends hands-on partner engagement with product management responsibilities — you will be the connection point between partner needs and the platform capabilities we build.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary engineering point of contact for assigned server hardware ecosystem partners (OEMs, ODMs, IHVs, silicon vendors), driving readiness, onboarding, and technical enablement for Windows platform releases.
  • Coordinate across Microsoft engineering, support, and product teams to resolve partner blockers, accelerate device/solution quality, and drive partner outcomes.
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with partner engineering teams, representing Microsoft in technical engagements and navigating across groups and levels.
  • Translate partner feedback, pain points, and usage patterns into actionable insights for internal platforms and product teams.
  • Manage multiple partner engagements simultaneously, tracking progress, risks, and deliverables with a data-driven approach.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap for internal AI-powered enablement tools by channeling real-world partner scenarios, supporting feature validation, and helping define success metrics.
  • Participate in sprint planning, feature prioritization, and iteration cycles to continuously improve scalable, self-service partner enablement experiences.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering.

Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $102,100 - $202,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,800 - $219,200 per year.
